- Multi-Tenant Security: Implemented strict row-level data isolation via a compound organizationId filter using Prisma 6.
- Low-Latency Tracking: Offloaded real-time user presence tracking and heartbeat lifecycles to a Redis caching layer to avoid continuous write strain on the primary PostgreSQL database.
- Performance Optimization: Leveraged the native Next.js after API to decouple critical response streams from secondary background actions (logging, analytical metrics).
