A fantastic idea. Soon upper management can be replaced with AI.

AI doesn't need to make 300x the average employee and it will still do it's job as best it can.

It is a terrible idea because an AI cannot be accountable. Only humans can.

What would it even mean for an AI to be accountable? An AI doesn't feel anything. An AI doesn't have emotions. It cannot be punished.
